Vienna -- The new Permanent Representative of the DPRK to the United Nations Choe Kang Il presented his credentials to the Director-General of UN Office at Vienna (UNOV) Ghada Waly.
Having stationed in Vienna from 2011 to 2015, he now replaces Ambassor Kim Kwang Sop who has been the highest North Korean diplomat in Austria for 27 years.
